I’m frequently reminded of how important it is to live life to the full, especially this year (but that’s for another day).
We all know it’s important not to take things and others for granted, but it’s all too easy to ‘drift’.
All of us will undoubtedly come across someone with dementia. Dementia is a general term whereas Alzheimer’s is a specific brain disease. It’s marked by symptoms of dementia that gradually get worse over time.
This powerful video from Alzheimer’s Research UK reminds me of how precious life is.
Make sure you live it!
